Refund, Cancellation, Access, and Withdrawal Policy

Examen Elite

Effective Date: October 16, 2026
Last Updated: October 16, 2026

IMPORTANT NOTICE

IMPORTANT: This Refund, Cancellation, Access, and Withdrawal Policy is used by M2Base LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business under the brand name Examen Elite (“M2Base,” “Examen Elite,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This Refund, Cancellation, Access, and Withdrawal Policy (“Refund Policy”) governs requests for refunds, voluntary cancellations by students, course cancellations or postponements by M2Base LLC / Examen Elite, expiration of access, and related payment issues for digital educational products and services sold directly by Examen Elite.

This Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Examen Elite Terms and Conditions. A student must be given a reasonable opportunity to review this Refund Policy before completing registration or purchase. By completing the purchase and affirmatively accepting the applicable policies, the student acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy, subject at all times to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

For Florida prelicensing education, any mandatory requirement imposed by the Florida Department of Financial Services (“Florida DFS”), applicable Florida statutes, or the Florida Administrative Code controls over any inconsistent voluntary-refund provision in this Refund Policy.

2. CONTRACTING ENTITY AND BILLING DESCRIPTOR

The seller and contracting entity is:

M2Base LLC
d/b/a Examen Elite
Florida limited liability company
Business Address: Miami, Florida, United States
Support Email: contact@prueba.grupoelitework.com
Legal Notices Email: contact@prueba.grupoelitework.com

The student understands that the merchant or billing descriptor appearing on a credit-card, debit-card, bank, or payment-processor statement may appear as “EXAMEN ELITE,” “Examen Elite,” M2Base LLC, or another substantially similar processor-approved descriptor identifying the transaction.

A student who does not recognize a charge should contact Examen Elite before initiating a payment dispute so that the transaction can be identified and reviewed.

3. GENERAL RULE FOR VOLUNTARY STUDENT REFUNDS

A student may receive a voluntary refund only when all eligibility requirements in Section 4 are satisfied.

The voluntary-refund rules in this section apply to a cancellation initiated by the student. They do not limit a refund that M2Base LLC / Examen Elite is required to provide because the provider cancels or postpones a regulated Florida prelicensing course, nor do they limit any other nonwaivable right created by applicable law.

The student bears responsibility for submitting a timely refund request. Examen Elite will determine eligibility from reasonably reliable account, transaction, and platform records, subject to correction if the student demonstrates that a material technical or recordkeeping error occurred.

4. VOLUNTARY REFUND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

A voluntary refund is available only if every requirement below is satisfied:

4.1 Forty-Eight-Hour Request Window

The refund request must be received within forty-eight (48) hours from the exact date and time the purchase was successfully completed and recorded by Examen Elite or its payment processor.

The forty-eight-hour period is measured as an elapsed forty-eight-hour period, not by business days and not by the end of the second calendar day.

4.2 Less Than One Hour of Recorded Course Use

At the time the refund request is received, the student must have accumulated less than one (1) hour of recorded course usage.

For this purpose, “recorded course usage” means instructional or course activity measured by the Examen Elite platform using its normal activity-tracking methodology. The platform may consider authenticated lesson activity, active learning time, content interaction, and other system events reasonably used to distinguish course use from an unused account.

Examen Elite will not intentionally count obvious system errors, duplicate technical events, or periods that the platform can reliably identify as inactive merely to defeat an otherwise valid refund request.

4.3 No Quiz or Assessment Access

The student must not have opened, started, accessed, attempted, submitted, or completed any assessment, including any:

  • mini-quiz;
  • lesson quiz;
  • chapter quiz;
  • practice examination;
  • readiness assessment;
  • final examination; or
  • other scored or unscored assessment identified as part of the course.

Access to even one mini-quiz or other assessment ends eligibility for a voluntary refund.

4.4 No Live Session Attendance or Entry

The student must not have entered, joined, attended, or participated in any live class, optional live review, live Q&A, tutoring session, or other live educational session included with the purchased course.

The live sessions are supplemental benefits. They do not become part of the student’s regulatory course-credit hours merely because they are included in the purchase. However, because live-session capacity and instructional resources are provided as part of the paid package, entry into or attendance at a live session ends eligibility for a voluntary refund.

4.5 No Download or Retrieval of Protected Course Materials

The student must not have downloaded, exported, printed, copied, or otherwise retrieved from the platform any protected downloadable course file, premium resource, protected PDF, workbook, audio download, transcript download, proprietary question set, or other resource identified as downloadable or restricted course material.

Merely viewing ordinary streaming or on-screen course content is governed by the one-hour usage limit unless another disqualifying event occurs. Downloading or retrieving protected course materials is independently disqualifying.

4.6 No Certificate of Completion

A Certificate of Completion must not have been issued, generated, transmitted, or made available to the student for the applicable course.

Once a Certificate of Completion has been issued, the purchase is not eligible for a voluntary refund.

4.7 No Disqualifying Misconduct

The account must not have been suspended or terminated for fraud, impersonation, account sharing, academic misconduct, unauthorized copying, attempted theft of course content, manipulation of records, circumvention of security controls, abusive chargeback conduct, or another material violation of the Terms and Conditions.

A student whose access is terminated for such misconduct is not entitled to a voluntary refund except to the extent applicable law expressly requires otherwise.

5. EFFECT OF ANY FAILED ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT

Failure to satisfy any one of the requirements in Section 4 makes the transaction ineligible for a voluntary refund.

Examples include, without limitation:

  • a request submitted 48 hours and 1 minute after purchase;
  • one hour or more of recorded course usage;
  • opening a single mini-quiz;
  • joining one optional live session;
  • downloading one protected course resource;
  • issuance of a Certificate of Completion; or
  • termination for material misconduct.

These examples do not modify any mandatory refund right that applies when Examen Elite cancels or postpones a regulated course or when another applicable law requires a refund.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A VOLUNTARY REFUND

A student must submit the request through at least one of the following authorized channels:

Email: contact@prueba.grupoelitework.com
Refund Request Form: https://prueba.grupoelitework.com/contact/

The request should include:

  • the student’s full legal name;
  • the email address associated with the account;
  • the order or transaction number, if available;
  • the course purchased;
  • the date of purchase; and
  • a clear statement requesting cancellation and refund.

Examen Elite may request reasonable information necessary to identify the transaction and prevent fraud. Examen Elite will not require unnecessary sensitive information solely to discourage or delay a legitimate request.

A request is considered received when it enters the designated Examen Elite support or refund system, subject to normal verification of delivery.

7. REVIEW OF THE REQUEST

Examen Elite may review relevant account and transaction records, including:

  • purchase timestamp;
  • payment status;
  • login and authentication events;
  • recorded course-usage time;
  • lesson activity;
  • quiz and assessment access;
  • live-session attendance or entry;
  • protected-resource download events;
  • Certificate of Completion records;
  • support communications; and
  • fraud or security flags reasonably related to the transaction.

System records are evidence of usage and eligibility but are not declared infallible. If a student identifies a credible technical discrepancy, Examen Elite may investigate and correct the record where appropriate.

8. APPROVED VOLUNTARY REFUNDS

8.1 Access Termination

Access to the refunded course and included services may be terminated immediately upon approval or processing of the refund.

8.2 Original Payment Method

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase whenever technically available.

Examen Elite is not required to issue cash, check, store credit, transfer to another card, or payment to a different person merely because the student prefers a different method.

If the original payment method cannot technically receive the refund, Examen Elite may use another lawful and reasonably secure method after verifying the student’s identity.

8.3 Processor and Bank Delays

Examen Elite controls the date on which it submits or processes an approved refund. It does not control the time a card network, issuing bank, payment processor, or financial institution may take to post the credit after processing.

8.4 Termination of Related Benefits

Upon refund approval, any remaining access, live-session privileges, downloadable-resource rights, unused benefits, or certificate eligibility associated with the refunded transaction may be terminated.

9. PROVIDER CANCELLATION OF A FLORIDA PRELICENSING COURSE

If M2Base LLC / Examen Elite cancels an applicable Florida prelicensing course for any reason, Examen Elite will provide the refund required by applicable Florida prelicensing education rules.

For the Florida 2-15 prelicensing course, the provider-cancellation rule is treated separately from the voluntary-student-refund rule.

Where applicable Florida DFS rules require it, all course fees paid for the cancelled course will be refunded in full within forty-five (45) days of the cancellation.

A voluntary transfer to another available course, date, or version may be offered as an accommodation only if legally permitted and affirmatively chosen by the student. A voluntary transfer option will not be used to eliminate a mandatory right to a full refund.

10. PROVIDER POSTPONEMENT OF A FLORIDA PRELICENSING COURSE

If M2Base LLC / Examen Elite postpones an applicable Florida prelicensing course in circumstances governed by Florida DFS prelicensing rules, the student will be given the choice required by those rules.

Where the rule applies, the student may choose either:

  • to attend or participate at the later date or under the rescheduled offering; or
  • to receive a full refund of the applicable course fees within forty-five (45) days.

The student will not be required to accept a postponement when applicable Florida DFS rules give the student a refund election.

11. COURSE ACCESS PERIOD

Unless the checkout page or a legally required disclosure states otherwise, access to the purchased Examen Elite course lasts forty-five (45) consecutive calendar days.

The access period begins at the time established at checkout and recorded by the platform, ordinarily the successful purchase or activation timestamp.

Examen Elite does not currently sell course-access extensions. Expiration of the 45-day access period does not create an automatic right to a refund.

Nothing in this section permits Examen Elite to shorten an access period in violation of an applicable regulatory requirement or a specific written promise made at the time of purchase.

12. FAILURE TO COMPLETE, STUDY, OR USE THE COURSE

Failure to complete the course does not create an automatic right to a refund.

No automatic refund arises merely because a student:

  • stops using the course;
  • changes plans;
  • does not have sufficient time to study;
  • fails to finish within 45 days;
  • does not complete lessons;
  • does not complete required quizzes;
  • misses optional live sessions;
  • does not use supplemental audio or review materials;
  • does not take the final examination;
  • fails the final examination;
  • abandons the course; or
  • otherwise fails to complete the educational program.

Any voluntary refund remains subject to all requirements in Section 4.

13. NO PASS, LICENSE, EMPLOYMENT, OR APPOINTMENT GUARANTEE

Examen Elite does not promise, warrant, or guarantee:

  • passage of the course final examination;
  • passage of the Florida state licensing examination;
  • any particular score;
  • approval of a license application;
  • issuance or maintenance of an insurance license;
  • appointment by an insurer;
  • employment;
  • compensation;
  • professional success; or
  • any particular regulatory outcome.

Failure to pass an examination, obtain a license, obtain employment, receive an appointment, or achieve a desired result does not create an automatic refund right.

Examen Elite does not offer a “pass guarantee,” “money-back pass guarantee,” or equivalent guarantee unless a separate written promotion expressly states otherwise and is lawfully offered.

14. OPTIONAL LIVE CLASSES AND SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS

A purchased package may include optional live review sessions, live Q&A, recorded sessions, audio materials, study aids, or other supplemental educational resources.

Unless expressly identified as part of the state-approved required instructional hours, these supplemental resources:

  • are optional;
  • are not required for course completion;
  • do not independently increase regulatory credit hours;
  • do not replace required self-study content; and
  • do not create a guarantee of examination success.

Entry into a live session during the voluntary-refund window is nevertheless a disqualifying use under Section 4.

15. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS, STUDY MANUALS, AND FEES

Examen Elite does not sell the official NAIFA-Florida Health & Life Study Manual unless a future checkout page expressly states otherwise.

A purchase made directly from NAIFA-Florida, Pearson VUE, a government agency, a testing provider, or another third party is governed by that third party’s terms and refund policy.

Examen Elite cannot refund money that Examen Elite did not collect.

Likewise, government application fees, fingerprinting fees, examination fees, licensing fees, or third-party charges are not part of an Examen Elite course refund unless they were actually collected by Examen Elite and a written term specifically provides otherwise.

16. FRAUD, IMPERSONATION, ACCOUNT SHARING, AND ACADEMIC MISCONDUCT

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Examen Elite may suspend or terminate access when it reasonably determines that an account has been used for conduct including:

  • providing false identity information;
  • impersonating another person;
  • allowing another person to complete coursework;
  • proxy test-taking;
  • sharing usernames, passwords, access codes, or accounts;
  • receiving prohibited assistance during an assessment;
  • using unauthorized materials during a closed-book examination;
  • manipulating or attempting to manipulate progress, time, attendance, scores, or completion records;
  • circumventing access or security controls;
  • using bots, scripts, scraping tools, automated extraction, or unauthorized automated systems to obtain protected content;
  • copying or distributing proprietary question banks;
  • attacking, probing, or interfering with the platform;
  • submitting a knowingly false refund or chargeback claim; or
  • engaging in other fraudulent, illegal, or materially abusive conduct.

Termination for misconduct does not create a voluntary refund right.

Nothing in this section limits a nonwaivable consumer or regulatory right.

17. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

A chargeback is not a substitute for the refund process.

Students are encouraged to contact Examen Elite first when they do not recognize a charge or believe a transaction is incorrect.

When Examen Elite receives a chargeback, payment dispute, fraud inquiry, or processor request, Examen Elite may provide relevant evidence reasonably necessary to respond, including:

  • order details;
  • billing descriptor information;
  • proof of electronic acceptance;
  • account ownership information;
  • login events;
  • recorded course usage;
  • quiz activity;
  • live-session attendance;
  • download records;
  • certificate status;
  • communications concerning the purchase; and
  • refund-policy acceptance records.

Examen Elite will not characterize the lawful exercise of a consumer’s statutory payment-dispute rights as fraud merely because a dispute was filed.

However, intentionally false representations, duplicate recovery attempts, fabricated “unauthorized charge” claims, or other deceptive conduct may result in account suspension, collection efforts where lawful, or other remedies permitted by law.

18. PROMOTIONAL PRICES, COUPONS, AND DISCOUNTS

Unless a written promotion states otherwise, any approved refund is based on the actual amount paid by the student for the refundable Examen Elite course, not the undiscounted list price.

Coupons, promotional credits, or discounts have no independent cash value unless required by law.

19. DUPLICATE PURCHASES AND BILLING ERRORS

If a student is charged twice for the same transaction because of a verified duplicate processing error, Examen Elite may correct the duplicate charge without requiring the student to satisfy the ordinary voluntary-refund conditions for the erroneous duplicate transaction.

This section applies to bona fide billing errors and does not convert a valid second purchase into a refundable duplicate merely because the student later decides it was unnecessary.

20. TAXES

Where taxes are collected and a refund is issued, tax treatment will be handled in accordance with applicable law and payment-processor functionality.

21. REGULATORY REPORTING AND CERTIFICATE RECORDS

A refund does not require Examen Elite to falsify, erase, or alter a regulatory record that applicable law requires the provider to preserve.

If a Certificate of Completion, roster entry, attendance record, assessment result, or other regulatory record has already been lawfully created or submitted, Examen Elite may preserve that record as required by applicable law even if another contractual issue later arises.

22. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE AND RECORDS

The student agrees that acceptance may be recorded electronically.

Examen Elite may retain evidence such as:

  • student/user ID;
  • legal name;
  • account email;
  • order ID;
  • date and time of acceptance;
  • IP address;
  • user-agent or device information;
  • version number of this Refund Policy;
  • hash or other identifier of the accepted text; and
  • the affirmative acceptance event.

These records may be used to document the agreement, subject to applicable law.

23. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

A material change to this Refund Policy will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.

The version in effect and affirmatively accepted at the time of a student’s purchase will govern that purchase to the extent necessary to avoid retroactively reducing an accrued refund right.

Examen Elite may make nonmaterial clarifications, formatting corrections, contact-information updates, or changes required by law or regulation.

24. NONWAIVABLE RIGHTS; CONTROLLING LAW

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to waive:

  • rights that cannot legally be waived;
  • mandatory refund obligations imposed by Florida DFS;
  • lawful rights to contact or file a complaint with a government regulator;
  • rights under applicable consumer-protection laws; or
  • any remedy that applicable law prohibits Examen Elite from excluding.

If a mandatory law conflicts with this Refund Policy, the mandatory law controls only to the extent of the conflict.
